The AirTAC GFR400C10AJC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10AJC3WTK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: a single body that removes condensed water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is a size 400 unit with a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain (code A), a round pressure gauge with bar scale (code C3), a built-in reverse-flow check valve (code K), and no mounting bracket (code J). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulation range with automatic drain is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on size 400 units is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating plant air feeding the tool-clamp and actuator circuits on a CNC machining center, with the 5 um element protecting fine pneumatic components from particles and condensed water.
Holding a stable working pressure for the cylinder-driven sealing and cutting heads on a packaging line, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the circuit during continuous runs.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to clamps and sample-handling cylinders in a lab or QC cell, where the bar-scale round gauge gives a clear local setpoint reading at the rig.
Choose the size by the flow your line needs: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port size from 1/8 to 1 in, and this size 400 unit carries a 3/8 in port. Pick the drain to match your maintenance routine: automatic (this unit) removes condensate without intervention, manual needs a routine drain, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where downstream components need finer protection - this unit carries the 5 um element. Gauges are embedded square as standard with an external round option in MPa, psi or bar scales; this unit has a round bar-scale gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. A mounting bracket is optional; this unit comes without one (code J). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line's flow and pressure requirement and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
W sets the filter grade to 5 um instead of the 40 um standard element, and K means a reverse-flow check valve is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. Other codes on this unit: A is the automatic drain, J means no mounting bracket, C3 is the round gauge with bar scale, and T is the NPT thread option.
