The AirTAC GFR400C10AJF2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10AJF2WT is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. It takes NPT3/8 (3/8 in) ports, carries a 5 um filter element for finer filtration than the 40 um standard, and drains condensate from its polycarbonate bowl automatically. The standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the embedded square gauge reads in psi, and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. This configuration is supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, drain choices of differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual, 40 um or 5 um filtration, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding directional-control valves on a carton-forming and sealing line, with the 5 um element helping keep valve spools free of particulate and the automatic drain clearing condensate between shifts.
Supplying workholding clamps and pneumatic swing cylinders on a machining centre, where the square psi gauge lets the operator set and check clamp pressure at a glance and the regulator holds it steady through the cycle.
Air preparation for pop-up diverters, stoppers and pushers on a distribution conveyor system, with automatic drainage handling moisture carryover from long compressor runs without daily bowl attention.
This unit is fixed at size 400 with NPT3/8 ports; step up or down a size when your flow demand changes, since larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual - this one is automatic, so it ejects condensate without manual attention; note that manual-drain variants widen the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; this unit is 5 um. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar, and thread can be PT (standard), G or NPT.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The 40 um element is the standard grade and suits general plant air. The 5 um grade (option code W) is fitted on this unit and is the choice when downstream components such as precision valves, cylinders or instrumentation need finer particulate removal. Both grades are available across the GFR filter regulator range.
