The AirTAC GFR400C10ALC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10ALC3T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 400 unit has a 3/8 in NPT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure (L) regulator type. A round pressure gauge with a bar scale is fitted, a mounting bracket is included, and no reverse (check) valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 400 the bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filter element, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to clamps and fixtures on a machining cell, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the circuit and the bar-scale gauge for setting line pressure.
Air preparation ahead of spray guns and coating valves, where the 40 um element handles water and particle removal and the low-pressure regulator type suits the downstream circuit.
Supply air for carton sealers and wrapping machines, combining water and particulate removal with pressure regulation in a single 3/8 in body on the machine's air line.
Size and port set the air capacity: the GFR range steps from size 200 to 600 (ports 1/8 in to 1 in) as flow demand grows - this unit is size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT port. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (default), automatic (fitted here) or manual. Choose the element: 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauges: an embedded square gauge is standard and an external round gauge is optional, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this configuration carries a round gauge with a bar scale. Thread: PT is the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options - this unit is NPT. A mounting bracket is included unless code J specifies otherwise. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this size 400, 3/8 in NPT unit on request.
The L code identifies the low-pressure regulator variant of the GFR family. Its exact regulating range is not published on our data sheet, so please confirm it with us on request before ordering. Maximum inlet pressure remains 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
