The AirTAC GFR400C10ALC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10ALC3TK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is the size 400 unit with a 3/8 in NPT thread, a metal bowl fitted with an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual attention, and standard 40 um filtration. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and the unit carries a round pressure gauge scaled in bar, a built-in check (reverse-flow) valve, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feed a pneumatic press or clamping fixture that runs at a reduced working pressure: the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale from the shop-air drop, the low-pressure regulator holds the setpoint, and the fitted check valve blocks reverse flow back through the unit.
On a bottling or cartoning line, supply filtered, regulated air to cylinder-driven diverters, sealers and pushers; the automatic drain keeps collected condensate out of the downstream valves without an operator having to bleed the bowl.
Serve benchtop lab automation such as pick-and-place grippers and sample handlers, where a low setpoint and locally readable regulation matter; the round bar-scale gauge gives a clear reading at the panel without extra instrumentation.
Size 400 with a 3/8 in port sits in the middle of the GFR range (200/300/400/600); step up or down according to the air demand of your line, and ask us to check the flow curves against your requirement before ordering. The real, decodable choices on this family are: drain type (differential-pressure as standard, automatic as fitted here, or manual with code M), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge style and scale (embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round bar-scale gauge), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options - this unit is NPT), and bracket (included here). The regulator on this unit is the low-pressure type; its adjustment range is not published here, so ask us to confirm it against your setpoint.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR400 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your inlet pressure, regulator setpoint and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This unit carries code A, an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate by itself, which suits unattended drops and enclosed panels. The same GFR400 size can also be ordered with the differential-pressure drain (the family default) or a manual drain (code M) if you prefer scheduled blowdown.
