The AirTAC GFR400C10ALJC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10ALJC3WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This 400-size unit is tapped 3/8 in NPT, carries the fine 5 um filter element (code W), drains condensate automatically, and is fitted with a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The regulator is the low-pressure type, no reverse/check valve is fitted, and the unit comes without a mounting bracket. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT to order, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the supply to a CNC machining centre's pneumatic clamps and tool-change actuators: the 5 um element strips water and fine particulate before they reach the valves, while the regulator holds a steady setting for repeatable clamping.
Feeding filtered, regulated air to the cylinders and diverters on a carton packaging line, with the automatic drain clearing accumulated condensate through continuous shifts so no one has to bleed the bowl by hand.
The low-pressure regulator type suits paint-spray and air-knife circuits that run at reduced settings: the 3/8 in NPT port drops straight into the supply line ahead of the spray valves, with the round bar gauge giving a direct pressure readout.
Size and port: 400 is one of the larger GFR sizes, here with a 3/8 in NPT port; step down to 300 or 200, or up to 600, if your flow curve demands it - we can check sizing against the published curves. Drain: this unit drains condensate automatically; manual and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives in the family. Filtration: 5 um here, versus the 40 um standard element, for finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders. Gauge: this unit carries an external round gauge with a bar scale; embedded square gauges in MPa, psi or bar are the other route. Thread: PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) or NPT are order options - this unit is built NPT. No mounting bracket is included, so order one if you will wall- or panel-mount. The regulator is the low-pressure type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
This unit is the low-pressure (L) version of the GFR400, and the exact adjustment range for that type is not published in our data sheet - contact us and we will confirm it. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) either way. If you need the standard wide range instead, the non-L GFR400 with automatic or differential-pressure drain covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
