The AirTAC GFR400C10ALJF2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10ALJF2WK is a filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, so one panel position does the work of two components. This size 400 unit is threaded PT3/8 (3/8 in), carries a 5 um filter element (code W) in place of the standard 40 um grade, and an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate from the metal bowl without operator attention. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and this configuration includes an embedded square gauge reading in psi and a fitted reverse/check valve; no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options across filter grade, drain type, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT available to order) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for a solenoid valve island controlling actuators on an assembly station: the 5 um element guards the valve internals and the automatic drain keeps accumulated condensate out of the supply line.
Point-of-use regulation on a packaging line where sealing cylinders and grippers run at reduced pressure; the low-pressure regulator type and the square psi gauge suit machines specified in imperial units.
Supply air to a bench-top leak or pressure test station operating below normal line pressure; the fitted reverse/check valve guards against backflow and the square psi gauge gives a direct local reading.
Choose the size by the port and capacity step: sizes 200 through 600 step up in both port diameter and flow capability, so match the 3/8 in PT port on this unit to your piping and let us check the flow curve against your demand. Pick the drain to suit attendance: automatic (as fitted here) discharges condensate by itself, manual needs an operator, and the default differential-pressure type drains on a pressure drop. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W, fitted here) for finer protection downstream. Gauge choices are the embedded square gauge or an optional external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales (psi here); thread is PT standard with G and NPT as order options; a bracket is optional and omitted on this variant. Because this is the low-pressure regulator variant (code L), confirm its adjustment range with us, and have us verify sizing against the published flow curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit carries code A, the automatic drain, which is designed to discharge collected condensate from the bowl without operator attention. The family is also offered with a manual drain or the default differential-pressure drain, and the element can be the 40 um standard or the 5 um grade (code W, as fitted here) - we can quote the variant you need.
