The AirTAC GFR400C10ALJF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 3/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10ALJF3WT is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, sized for a 3/8 in NPT port. This configuration carries an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, the optional 5 um element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard, the low-pressure regulator type with an embedded square gauge reading in bar, no mounting bracket and no reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on the 400 size is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include manual or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, a mounting bracket, a reverse/check valve, and G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and flow data for your operating conditions before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

In a machining cell where fixtures clamp at low pressure, this unit filters the shop air to 5 um and holds a regulated low-pressure supply to the clamping cylinders, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the circuit.
Low-pressure air knives and blow-off nozzles on a bottling or packaging conveyor need clean, settled air; this filter regulator supplies it at a stable low setting, with the square bar gauge readable at the machine.
At a paint-line supply point, the 5 um element removes water and particulate ahead of low-pressure atomising air, and the automatic drain handles the condensate that humid intake air drops into the bowl.
Choose the size by port and duty: this unit is size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT port, while the smaller 200/300 and larger 600 bodies step port size and flow capacity down or up. Drain options are automatic (fitted here), manual, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 5 um on this model; the 40 um standard element is the choice where finer filtration is not required. The gauge is the embedded square type reading in bar; external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered, as can a mounting bracket and a reverse/check valve. Thread alternatives are G (BSPP) or PT; NPT is fitted here. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the datasheet figures and check the sizing for your application before you order.
The W code specifies the optional 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer water and particulate removal ahead of sensitive downstream equipment. The A code specifies an automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate by itself instead of waiting for a manual drain operation. Both choices can be ordered differently within the GFR400 range.
