The AirTAC GFR400C10ALNT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT3/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10ALNT is a size-400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filtration element, and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and no gauge is fitted; a mounting bracket is included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um optional element, gauge choices and thread options (PT standard; G and NPT to order). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a robotic pick-and-place station where supply air must be cleaned of water and debris and held at a reduced, stable pressure for gentle gripper actuation.
Protecting pneumatic clamps and soft-touch actuation on an assembly fixture that calls for regulation below standard line pressure, with automatic condensate removal at an unattended station.
Conditioning air at a drop point on a carton-sealing or wrapping line, keeping moisture and particulate out of directional valves and cylinders while holding a steady reduced supply pressure.
Start with the port step: size 400 carries the 3/8 in port, and moving up or down a size changes both the port and the flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than to the pipe alone. For the drain, automatic (this unit) suits unattended duty; manual suits supervised points; differential-pressure drain is the default choice elsewhere in the family. Filtration is 40 um as standard here - choose the W variant if the 5 um grade is required. Gauges and scale options can be ordered on other configurations; this one is supplied without a gauge. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options; this unit is built in NPT. A bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number that is not in the datasheet. Tell us your application and required air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
This configuration is ordered without a gauge (code N); gauge options with different scales are available on other GFR configurations if you want a visual pressure indication. The regulator in this unit is the low-pressure type, intended for circuits regulated below standard line pressure; ask us to confirm the exact adjustment range from the datasheet.
