The AirTAC GFR400C10ANTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10ANTK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has 3/8 in NPT ports, an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual intervention, a 40 um standard filter element, and a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). No gauge is fitted, a reverse/check valve is included, and a mounting bracket comes standard. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the unit operates in non-freezing compressed air from -5 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic, manual), an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge and thread options, and metal bowls on the largest size. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm sizing and datasheet details on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a CNC machining centre's pneumatic clamps and chip-ejection cylinders, with the automatic drain handling condensate while the compressor runs through multi-shift production.
Regulating supply air to carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, where the 40 um element keeps particulate out of directional control valves.
Mounted on a workshop air drop feeding impact drivers and a small pneumatic press, with the fitted reverse/check valve providing backflow protection and the bracket simplifying panel mounting.
Size 400 with 3/8 in NPT ports sits mid-range in the GFR family; step up to 600 or down to 300 depending on the air demand of your line - we can check the published flow curves against your application before you order. The automatic drain suits unattended duty; manual and differential-pressure drain variants exist if you prefer hands-on control or air-saving operation. The 40 um element is standard here; specify code W for the 5 um grade when finer filtration is needed. This variant is supplied without a gauge - round or square gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered as options. NPT is the thread specified on this code; PT (standard) and G (BSPP) are catalogue thread options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR400 series is published as curves in the AirTAC datasheet, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this 3/8 in size is correctly sized before you order.
This variant is coded N, which means no gauge is fitted. AirTAC offers round and square gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales as options on GFR units - tell us which scale you need and we will quote the correct gauge variant. The regulator itself adjusts over 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the automatic drain fitted.
