The AirTAC GFR400C10ANWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This GFR400C10ANWTK is the size 400 unit with a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain and a reverse (check) valve fitted to block reverse flow. It is the standard regulator type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No gauge is fitted in this configuration, and a mounting bracket is included. On size 400 units the bowl is polycarbonate, and the automatic drain clears condensate without manual attention.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, filter grades of 40 um (standard) or 5 um (W), a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads as order options alongside the PT standard. Bowls are polycarbonate on sizes 200/300/400 and aluminium alloy on size 600. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for tool clamps, tool-change cylinders and pneumatic actuators on a machining centre; the 5 um element and the fitted check valve protect the downstream circuit if upstream pressure dips.
Regulated supply to cylinder-driven filling, capping and cartoning stations; the automatic drain clears condensate on lines that run unattended across shifts.
Regulated air to clamps, grippers and air tools at assembly cells; the 5 um grade helps keep water and particulate out of sensitive downstream valves and actuators.
Choose the size and port by the air your line consumes: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, from 1/8 in to 1 in, so match the port to your piping and let us check the flow curve against your demand. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (the default), automatic (as fitted here) or manual - automatic suits unattended duty, manual suits periodically attended installations. Filter grade is 40 um as standard or 5 um with the W code, as on this model, when downstream valves and tools need finer protection.
Gauge options (an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales), G or NPT threads against the PT standard, and bracket or no-bracket (J) variants complete the decodable choices. Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, not a single rated figure, send us your application and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no flow number is quoted here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and sizing for this size 400, 3/8 in unit before you order.
The N code means no gauge is supplied with this configuration. Across the GFR range you can specify an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales; ask us to quote a variant with the gauge and scale you need.
