The AirTAC GFR400C10C1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10C1WTK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration carries a 3/8 in NPT port, the finer 5 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a polycarbonate bowl (size 400), a fitted round pressure gauge reading in MPa, and a reverse/check valve; a mounting bracket is included. Regulation covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with this drain type, and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is published in four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um elements, and gauge and thread options; working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeding the solenoid valves and workholding cylinders on a CNC machining centre, where the 5 um element helps keep valve spools clean and the gauge lets setters verify supplied pressure at the machine.
Supply for case-sealing and carton-closing cylinders along a packaging conveyor, with the differential-pressure drain shedding condensate as air passes and the round MPa gauge giving operators a visible line-pressure check.
Point-of-use regulation ahead of the valve manifold in a pick-and-place robot cell, where the fitted check valve isolates the downstream circuit and the included bracket gives a tidy frame mounting.
Start with the port step: this is the size 400 body with a 3/8 in NPT port, and the series steps from 1/8 to 1 in, so match the size to the flow your line needs - we can check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. Regulation spans 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the differential-pressure drain fitted here; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are the alternatives. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer of the two published grades and suits downstream valves and instruments; the standard grade is 40 um. The fitted round gauge reads in MPa, with an embedded square gauge and psi or bar scales available as options. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. Bracket included. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W code selects the finer 5 um element (40 um is the standard grade), which suits downstream valves and instruments. The absence of a drain-code letter means the differential-pressure drain; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are alternatives within the series.
