The AirTAC GFR400C10C2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10C2WTK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This configuration is built around a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two grades offered), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as air flows through, and a fitted round gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted and the mounting bracket is included. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part in the GFR400 size class, one of four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in and thread choices of PT (the standard), G and NPT. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding tool-clamp and actuator circuits on a CNC machining centre, where the 5 um element protects fine valves from particles and the regulator holds a steady setting despite compressor cycling.
Regulating air to grippers and pick-and-place cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, with the fitted check valve helping hold the downstream setting if the upstream supply dips.
Conditioning and regulating air for filling-head and capper actuation in a bottling plant, with the differential-pressure drain clearing condensate during normal production flow.
Within the GFR range the real choices are size and port (200/300/400/600, 1/8 in to 1 in), drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um with code W), gauge style and scale (embedded square as standard, external round optional, in MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and bracket. This unit is already fixed at size 400, NPT3/8, 5 um, differential-pressure drain, round psi gauge and check valve. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the right size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet on request.
The code W selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard grade, and C2 selects the round gauge with a psi scale. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments are sensitive to finer particles; 40 um remains available for general-duty circuits. The differential-pressure drain and fitted check valve are also set by the code.
