The AirTAC GFR400C10F2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10F2WTK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in a single body. This configuration is built around a 3/8 in NPT port, the finer 5 um filtration grade (code W), a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve and a mounting bracket. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include manual or automatic drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying clean, regulated air to the cylinders and directional valves of a stamping press: the 5 um element screens fine particulate away from the valves, and the square psi gauge gives operators a local setpoint readout at the machine.
Feeding sealing jaws and hold-down cups on a packaging line, where the regulator keeps jaw pressure steady through product changeovers and the differential-pressure drain bleeds off collected water without stopping the line.
Conditioning supply air to a robot gripper manifold, combining particulate removal and pressure regulation in one body to save panel space and keep grip force repeatable cycle after cycle.
Size and port set the flow path: this unit is size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT port, so step up or down a size if your circuit's air demand or existing pipework calls for it. Drain type is a real choice - differential-pressure (this unit), automatic or manual - and it also sets the regulator adjustment range: differential-pressure and automatic units span 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), while manual-drain units span 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code; this unit carries the 5 um grade. Gauges come square or round with MPa, psi or bar scales; threads as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT; brackets are optional. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve for this exact model on request.
W selects the finer 5 um filtration element instead of the 40 um standard. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments are sensitive to fine particulate; 40 um suits general workshop air. Both grades are available across the GFR range, and the drain, gauge scale and thread options can be specified independently.
