The AirTAC GFR400C10F3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10F3TK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, then regulates downstream pressure across a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, PT/G/NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding tool changers, clamps and pneumatic actuators on a machining centre, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the supply dips.
Conditioning the air that drives carton-forming and sealing cylinders on a packaging line, where the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate moving without stopping the line.
Filtering and regulating the air delivered to spray guns and air-driven agitators in a finishing area, with the 40 um element catching pipe scale and water carryover.
Size 400 with a 3/8 in port sits in the upper-middle of the GFR range; step up to 600 or down to 300 depending on the flow your line needs. The differential-pressure drain suits installations that run continuously, since condensate is discharged with the airflow; choose automatic (A) for unattended drainage or manual (M) if you prefer to drain on a schedule. The standard 40 um element protects most actuators and valves; specify the 5 um (W) grade where finer pre-filtration is needed. The embedded square gauge is scaled in bar here, with MPa or psi scales available, and an external round gauge is an option. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options, as NPT is on this unit. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. This unit has no drain code letter, which means the differential-pressure drain: condensate is discharged automatically with the airflow, with no manual draining needed under normal operation.
