The AirTAC GFR400C10JC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10JC2K is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single body. This configuration is a size 400 unit with a PT3/8 (3/8 in) port, a differential-pressure drain on the polycarbonate bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, an external round pressure gauge scaled in psi, a built-in reverse/check valve (code K) and no mounting bracket (code J). The regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm sizing and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air keeps the clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture holding a consistent set pressure through the cycle, while the built-in check valve helps hold the setting if the upstream supply dips.
A filter regulator ahead of the pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor keeps water and debris out of the directional valves while holding the working pressure the machine was set up for.
At a bench drop feeding air tools and small actuators, the unit cleans the shop air and lets each operator set a stable local pressure, with the round psi gauge giving a direct reading at the point of use.
Choose the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 in to 1 in) against the air demand of your circuit; this unit sits at size 400 with a PT3/8 port. Drain options are differential-pressure (the default, fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M); the filter element is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauge choices are an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales - this model carries the round psi gauge - and the thread can be ordered as PT (standard), G or NPT. Brackets are optional; this configuration comes without one. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your air demand and line conditions and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet flow curve for the GFR400 before you order.
C2 specifies the external round pressure gauge with a psi scale (the embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is the alternative). J means no mounting bracket is included, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which helps hold the downstream setting if the upstream supply drops.
