The AirTAC GFR400C10LC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10LC1T is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: one body that first strips water and particulate from compressed air, then regulates the downstream pressure. This 400-size unit has a 3/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, and a round pressure gauge reading in MPa. It is the low-pressure (L) type regulator, intended for circuits that run below the standard regulator range, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), with a polycarbonate bowl on this size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or automatic drains, a 5 um (W) element, square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for these units is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on a CNC fixture that operate at reduced pressure, filtering the shop-air supply and holding a steady low setpoint behind the fixture's own control valves.
Conditions and regulates air for carton-forming and sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the differential-pressure drain clearing condensate as air passes through the bowl.
Delivers filtered, regulated air to spray guns and air-assist lines in a paint finishing booth where the work calls for pressures below the standard regulator range.
Size and port set the air capacity: within the GFR family, sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow, so match the 3/8 in NPT port on this model to your line size and demand. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (fitted here, draining on a pressure drop), automatic, or manual. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify the W code for 5 um if finer filtration is needed. Gauges are available as the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Threads can be ordered in G (BSPP) or NPT instead of the PT standard, and a mounting bracket is included with this unit. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
It marks the low-pressure type regulator: this unit is built for circuits that operate below the standard regulator range. The exact adjustment range for this variant is not published in our sheet, so tell us your setpoint and we will verify it from the datasheet.
