The AirTAC GFR400C10LC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This GFR400C10LC2TK is the size 400 unit with a 3/8 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type, 40 um standard filtration and the differential-pressure drain. It is fitted with a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve, and a mounting bracket is included. The size 400 bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding paint spray guns on a finishing line, where a low regulated supply pressure plus filtered, moisture-reduced air is wanted at the gun manifold.
Point-of-use filtration and regulation for cylinders and grippers on a packaging conveyor, with the fitted reverse valve in the 3/8 in supply line.
Filtering and regulating air to a robotic pick-and-place cell's valves and actuators at a 3/8 in connection, with the included bracket for frame mounting.
Size and port set the air capacity: this unit is size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT connection, and the range steps from size 200 to 600 as flow demand grows. Because this is the low-pressure (L) type, its regulating range differs from the standard version and the exact range is not published - confirm it with us before ordering. Drain comes as differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M). Filtration is 40 um standard, with a 5 um element (W) available. The fitted round gauge reads psi; square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet on request before you order.
This unit carries the differential-pressure drain, the default drain option for the GFR series. If your application suits automatic or manual draining instead, those are order options (codes A and M) - just ask us when ordering.
