The AirTAC GFR400C10LC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10LC3TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water-and-particulate filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, with a drain bowl and no lubricator. This size 400 unit is ported NPT3/8 and built as the low-pressure type (code L). It carries the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate as the pressure drop across the element grows, an external round gauge scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options; drain type, filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge style and scale, standard or low-pressure regulation, and a reverse/check valve can all be specified. We do not quote a single rated flow figure because AirTAC publishes flow as curves - ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the sealing and clamping cylinders of a packaging line, with the low-pressure regulator holding gentle set points and the 40 um element keeping water and debris out of the machine's valves.
Supplies a robotic pick-and-place cell: the fitted check valve helps hold downstream pressure between cycles, the differential-pressure drain bleeds off collected water, and the bar gauge gives operators a local pressure readout.
Regulates pilot air on a valve-actuation panel in a water-treatment or process plant, where actuated valves need clean air at low set pressures and the 40 um element protects the pilot solenoids.
Step across sizes 200/300/400/600 to match the port and flow band your line needs; this unit is size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT port. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit, self-bleeding with the pressure drop), automatic (A) or manual (M). Filter grade is the 40 um standard here; specify W for the 5 um element where finer filtration matters. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - this configuration carries the round gauge in bar. Threads come as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT (this unit), and a bracket is included; the L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type. One honest note: AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
It marks the low-pressure regulator type rather than the standard version. The exact regulation range for the low-pressure type is not published on our sheet, so we confirm it on request; the 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure and the -5 to 70 C temperature range still apply to the unit.
