The AirTAC GFR400C10LF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is built with a G3/8 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element for finer cleaning than the standard 40 um grade, a differential-pressure drain, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. It is the low-pressure type of regulator, and a mounting bracket is included. The size-400 body carries a polycarbonate (PC) bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and with options for drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and the full datasheet for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to carton sealers, fillers and wrapping machines, where the 5 um element helps keep water and fine particles out of downstream valves and cylinders.
Regulating supply pressure to clamps and small pneumatic presses at the machine, with the square psi gauge giving the operator a local pressure readout.
Supplying regulator-controlled air to diverter gates, stoppers and pushers on conveyor and sortation lines, with the bracket allowing tidy mounting beside the machine.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to the port whose published flow curve covers your air demand at your working pressure - we can read the curve with you. The choices already locked into this code are: 3/8 in G-thread port, 5 um element (W) instead of the standard 40 um, differential-pressure drain, low-pressure regulator type, square gauge on a psi scale, and bracket included. If you would prefer manual or automatic draining, a 40 um element, a different gauge scale, or a PT or NPT thread, those are orderable variants within the same series. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code marks the low-pressure version of the GFR400 regulator. The exact adjustment range for this type is not published in the material we hold, so confirm your set pressure with us before ordering; standard-range GFR400 variants are also available in the same series.
