The AirTAC GFR400C10LF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10LF3TK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates the pressure delivered downstream. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filtration element, a differential-pressure drain on the metal bowl, and the low-pressure (L) type regulator fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. A reverse (check) valve is fitted and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale options and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application; the datasheet is available on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds a pneumatic clamping fixture that holds workpieces at reduced pressure; the low-pressure regulator keeps clamp force gentle on delicate parts while the 40 um element stops debris reaching the clamp cylinder.
Mounted at the air drop of a packaging line, it cleans shop air and holds a steady low supply pressure to the machine's seal and fold cylinders, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the supply dips.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to a pick-and-place robot's gripper circuit, where the low-pressure setting protects delicate products and the check valve limits gripper pressure loss during supply fluctuations.
Size the unit by port and expected flow: this GFR400 carries a 3/8 in NPT port, one step up from the GFR300's 1/4 in, so move up a size when your line's demand approaches the smaller unit's curve. The drain here is differential-pressure, which clears the bowl automatically as conditions change; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are orderable alternatives. Filtration is the 40 um standard element - specify the W code for 5 um when finer protection is needed. The gauge is the embedded square type scaled in bar; psi and MPa scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread is NPT on this code; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also available to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the unit's capacity against the datasheet before you order.
The L code in GFR400C10LF3TK identifies the low-pressure version of the GFR400 regulator, intended for circuits that run below the standard type's range. The exact adjustment range for this type is not published in the standard tables - request it from us and we will confirm it from the AirTAC datasheet.
