The AirTAC GFR400C10LF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series does two jobs in one body: it strips water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the pressure delivered downstream. This unit is the size 400 frame with NPT3/8 ports, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, a low-pressure regulator, an embedded square gauge reading in bar, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. A mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT as the standard thread with G and NPT available to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feed filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps and grippers on an assembly line: the 5 um element protects seal kits from particulate and rust, and the low-pressure regulator suits circuits that run below standard plant pressure.
Supply clean, regulated pilot air to quarter-turn actuators and solenoid valves on a process skid, with the built-in check valve covering circuits where reverse flow must be kept out of the supply leg.
Air for diverters, pushers and stopper cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, with the square bar gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout right at the machine.
Start with size and port: the 200, 300, 400 and 600 frames step up in port size and air capacity, so match the frame to the demand of the circuit - we can check the published flow curves against your requirement. Then set the options: drain type (differential-pressure as on this unit, or automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, or 5 um as fitted here for finer protection of downstream components), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), and bracket. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact regulation range is not published in the catalogue, so confirm it with us before ordering if your set pressure is critical.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet before you order.
On this unit: L is the low-pressure regulator type, F3 is the square gauge with bar scale, W is the 5 um filter element, T is the NPT thread, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. No drain letter appears, so the bowl carries the differential-pressure drain.
