The AirTAC GFR400C10LJC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR400C10LJC3TK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: a 400-size unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded NPT3/8 (3/8 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and uses the default differential-pressure drain on its metal bowl. It is built as the low-pressure regulator type, and the code specifies a round pressure gauge with a bar scale plus a reverse (check) valve; no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or manual drains, a 5 um (W) element, G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, different gauge scales, and a bracket where needed. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding spray guns and atomising nozzles on a paint or coating line, where the air must be filtered to 40 um and held at a low, stable regulated pressure for a consistent finish.
Filtering and regulating supply air to clamps and swing cylinders on a CNC machining fixture, with the fitted check valve helping prevent reverse flow through the unit between cycles.
Supplying filtered, low-pressure regulated air to the cylinders and actuators that drive carton sealing, labelling and case-packing stations along a packaging conveyor line.
Size and port are the first choice: 400-size units step up from 300 and down from 600 in both port and flow capacity, so match the 3/8 in NPT port on this unit to your line size and expected demand. Within the family you can also choose the drain (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual), the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with W), the gauge (embedded square as standard or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round gauge reading in bar), the thread (PT is the AirTAC standard; G and NPT are order options), and whether a bracket is included (this code specifies none). The K in the code adds a reverse/check valve.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated number, we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the datasheet figures you need before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit is built as the low-pressure regulator variant of the GFR400 series, intended for applications that regulate at lower set pressures than the standard type. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in our data, so ask us to confirm it against your set pressure before ordering.
