The AirTAC GFR400C10LJF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR400C10LJF2GK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: in a single body it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is built on the 400 size with a G3/8 (BSPP) port, the low-pressure regulator type (code L), a 40 um standard filtration element, a differential-pressure drain and a metal bowl. It is fitted with an embedded square gauge reading in psi and a reverse/check valve (code K), and is ordered without a mounting bracket (J). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options across the range include manual or automatic drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, an external round gauge, PT, G or NPT threads and a mounting bracket. G-series flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air for pneumatic clamps on a machining cell fixture, with the reverse/check valve fitted for circuits where back-feed must be prevented.
Clean, regulated air for diverters, gates and small cylinders on a packaging conveyor; the embedded psi gauge lets operators set and verify line pressure at a glance.
Point-of-use supply for spray guns and air-assisted applicators in a paint finishing booth, where lower regulated pressure and 40 um filtration suit coating equipment.
Every choice in this unit is decodable from the code. Step between sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and the flow your line needs - the 400 size here carries G3/8. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit), automatic, or manual. Choose 40 um standard filtration or the finer 5 um W element. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar; this unit is psi, square embedded type), and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options - this unit is specified with G thread. Bracket is optional; this unit is ordered without one. This is the low-pressure type (L): its exact adjustment range is not published in the data we hold, so we confirm it on request. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow requirement and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your port size, upstream pressure and required downstream flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit uses the L low-pressure regulator type instead of the standard type. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in our current data, so we confirm it on request. For reference, standard GFR types adjust 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with differential-pressure or automatic drain, and 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain.
