The AirTAC GFR400C10LJF2TK AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10LJF2TK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is the size 400 unit with 3/8 in NPT ports, built as the low-pressure type for circuits that run at reduced set pressures, with a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure auto drain on the polycarbonate bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a built-in check valve (code K) that blocks backflow through the unit. No mounting bracket is included with this code (J). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filter elements, gauge styles and scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on an assembly fixture that are specified to run at reduced pressure get filtered air and a low, stable setting from one body, with the check valve helping hold the downstream side.
On a packaging line, the wrap, tuck and seal stations often need clean, dry air at a gentle, steady pressure; this unit filters the supply and regulates it at the machine drop before it reaches those actuators.
A pilot rig or lab-scale process skid running instrumentation and air-operated valves at low pressure uses this unit to strip water and particles from the shop air and hold a low regulated supply, with the psi gauge giving a direct local reading.
Start with size and port: this is the size 400 body with a 3/8 in NPT port; step up to size 600 or down to 300/200 if your line size or air demand differs. This code is the low-pressure type (L), intended for circuits regulated well below standard set pressures - ask us to confirm the exact adjustment range for your setpoint. Drain is differential-pressure here; automatic (A) and manual (M) versions exist if you prefer them. The filter element is the 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um grade. The gauge is the embedded square type reading psi; an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is an option. Thread is NPT on this code - PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. No bracket is fitted (J); a bracket can be ordered. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Send us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted inside the unit, so air cannot flow back through it from the downstream side. Codes without K are supplied without the check valve. It is a build option you can include or omit when ordering.
