The AirTAC GFR400C10LJF2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is built for a G3/8 (3/8 inch) line and carries the 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the standard 40 um grade, so it delivers finer cleaning of the air stream. Condensate is removed by the differential-pressure drain, and the regulator is the low-pressure type, intended for circuits that hold a lower set pressure than a standard unit; the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published, and we confirm it on request. A square pressure gauge graduated in psi is fitted, a reverse/check valve is built in, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 400 size uses a polycarbonate bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), bracket and reverse/check valve. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the atomizing air feed to spray guns at a refinish booth drop, with the 5 um element keeping water carryover and particles out of the paint finish at a lower set pressure.
Supplying filtered, regulated pilot air to diaphragm-actuated control valves on a bottling or filling line, with the built-in check valve blocking backflow toward the supply side.
Feeding low-pressure regulated air to the clamp and hold-down cylinders on a carton-sealing conveyor, where the 5 um grade protects the small pilot valves from particle fouling.
Choose the size by the port and flow your line needs: 400 sits in the mid-to-large range of the family, and stepping up a size gives a larger port and more flow capacity. This unit already carries the 5 um element; the standard grade is 40 um, so select W only where finer filtration is genuinely required, since a finer element loads faster. Drain here is differential-pressure, which bleeds condensate as the pressure drop across the element builds; automatic and manual drains are the alternatives within the family. The fitted square gauge is graduated in psi, with MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge available as options. Thread is G on this model; PT is the standard and NPT is an order option. If the no-bracket version needs fixing, a bracket version exists in the family. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so quoting one number would not be accurate. Send us your line pressure, port size and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request.
The W in the code selects the 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um grade, for finer removal of water and particles, and the L selects the low-pressure regulator type for circuits set below standard pressures. The exact adjustment range of the low-pressure type is not published, so we confirm it on request.
