The AirTAC GFR400C10MC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10MC1T is a size-400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, a fitted round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and the standard regulator covering 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). A mounting bracket is included; no reverse/check valve is fitted in this version.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the air feed to a workshop pneumatic press, it strips water and swarf from the shop supply and holds a steady regulated pressure to the press cylinder, with the round MPa gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout.
Mounted at the drop from the main header to a packaging conveyor's air cylinders, the 40 um element protects the valves from particulate while the regulator keeps cylinder speed consistent as header pressure drifts; the manual drain is emptied at shift checks.
Built into an OEM machine's pneumatic sub-panel ahead of directional valves and actuators, it gives the machine a filtered, regulated air supply at its 3/8 in NPT connection point, with the included bracket fixing the unit to the panel plate.
Size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT port suits lines whose air demand sits in the upper mid-range of the G-series span; step up to size 600 or down to size 300 against the flow curve for your line. The manual drain here means an operator opens the bowl drain during checks - choose automatic or differential-pressure drain instead if the unit sits where regular manual draining is impractical. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify 5 um (code W) when downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The fitted round gauge reads in MPa; psi and bar scales are available. NPT is an order option - PT is the catalogue standard thread, and a bracket is included with this unit.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this unit. Tell us your line's air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the model code specifies a manual drain bowl: condensate is released by opening the drain during routine checks. If the unit will be mounted where regular manual draining is impractical, the same GFR400 body is available with automatic drain (code A) or differential-pressure drain (blank) - just ask for that variant.
