The AirTAC GFR400C10MF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10MF1WTK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in one compact body. This configuration is built around a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a manual drain for the bowl, an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a reverse (check) valve fitted to hold downstream pressure. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl is supplied with a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads alongside the PT standard. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, moisture-reduced air at a fixed setpoint feeding solenoid valves and clamping cylinders on a machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting fine pilot circuits.
Regulated air supply to the cylinders that divert cartons between lanes on a bottling or cartoning line, with the check valve holding the circuit against backflow.
Filtering and regulating the air feeding gripper cylinders on an end-of-line palletiser, where the manual drain suits a shift-maintenance routine.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of your circuit: this unit is size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT port; step up or down within the 200/300/400/600 range if your flow curve sits above or below what this frame serves. The remaining choices are all decodable from the code: drain type (this unit is manual, so the bowl is drained by hand; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available on other variants), filter grade (5 um fitted here; 40 um is the standard grade), gauge scale (MPa fitted; psi or bar selectable), thread (PT is the catalogue standard, with G and NPT as order options), and bracket (included here). Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote honestly. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The W in the code selects the 5 um element, the finer of the two catalogue grades (40 um is standard), for protection of sensitive downstream components. M selects the manual drain, so accumulated water is drained from the bowl by hand at intervals; automatic and differential-pressure drain variants are available if you prefer unattended drainage.
