The AirTAC GFR400C10MJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10MJF3WTK is a size 400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, the fine 5 um filter element (40 um is the standard grade), a manual drain on the bowl, an embedded square pressure gauge reading in bar, and a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure cannot back-feed through the unit. It is ordered without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and offers drain, filter-grade, gauge, thread and bracket options, so a matching unit exists for most lines. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated supply air for the tool-clamp and actuator circuits of a CNC machining center, with the 5 um element protecting directional valves from fine particulate and the check valve holding the circuit against backflow.
Point-of-use air preparation for the gripper and clamp cylinders on a packaging line, keeping a steady setpoint to the station while the manual drain is emptied during scheduled shift checks.
Clean, regulated pilot air for the positioners and pilot valves of large automated process valves on a dosing or batching skid, with the reverse valve preventing downstream pressure from feeding back through the unit.
Pick the size and port against the air your machine actually consumes: size 400 sits mid-range and this unit carries a 3/8 in NPT port, with larger sizes moving more flow. This configuration is already specified with the fine 5 um element (choose 40 um where only coarse protection is needed), a manual drain (select automatic or differential-pressure drain where the bowl cannot be emptied on a schedule), a square gauge on the bar scale (MPa, psi and bar scales exist, and an external round gauge is optional) and a reverse/check valve. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard catalogue thread and G (BSPP) is also available to order, and a mounting bracket can be added if needed. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, send us your demand and working pressure and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR400 is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your application's air demand and working pressure and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures and check the sizing with you before you order.
Manual drain means collected water is released by opening the drain at the bowl yourself, on a schedule you set. If the unit is mounted where it cannot easily be reached, or runs unattended, the same size is available with an automatic or a differential-pressure drain - tell us your preference and we will quote that variant.
