The AirTAC GFR400C10MLC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10MLC2GK is a size 400 GFR filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration carries a G3/8 (BSPP) port, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. It is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your exact model on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air to hold workpieces in fixtures on a CNC milling or turning cell, with the fitted check valve guarding the circuit against backflow.
Supply to spray nozzles and air knives on a paint or coating line where a low-pressure regulator type is wanted and the 40 um element keeps water and scale out of the finish.
Regulated air to stopper and pusher cylinders on a bottling or cartoning conveyor, with the manual drain bled by the operator at shift start.
Size 400 with a 3/8 in port sits in the middle of the GFR range; step up or down (200/300/400/600) to match the air demand of your line - we check the published flow curves with you before ordering. The manual drain (code M) needs periodic bleeding by hand, unlike the automatic or differential-pressure options. The 40 um element is standard; specify W for the 5 um grade if finer filtration is needed. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the alternatives. The thread here is G (BSPP); PT is the standard and NPT is an order option, stated as specification only. The low-pressure regulator type is the key choice on this unit - its exact range is not published, so confirm it against your set pressure with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
It is the drain code: M = manual drain, so condensate is bled by hand rather than automatically. Differential-pressure drain is the default and A = automatic; if nobody will drain the bowl regularly, ask us to quote the automatic-drain variant instead.
