The AirTAC GFR400C10MLC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10MLC2TK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the size 400 unit with a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual-drain bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, a low-pressure regulator, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve; a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G, NPT or PT threads. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, pressure-controlled air to the wrapper and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging machine's low-pressure circuit, with the built-in check valve holding the downstream setting through supply dips.
Supplying the pop-up diverters and gate cylinders along a distribution conveyor, where the manual drain lets maintenance bleed accumulated water at shift start instead of interrupting the line mid-run.
Conditioning instrument air on a pilot plant skid, where the 40 um element protects local gauges and transducers and the round psi gauge gives operators a readout right at the point of use.
This code fixes the real choices for you: size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT port for the higher-flow step of the range, a manual-drain bowl you operate by hand on your own schedule, the standard 40 um element (order the W variant for 5 um filtration), a round gauge reading in psi, and a built-in check valve that holds the downstream setting when upstream supply dips. A mounting bracket is included, and the low-pressure regulator type suits circuits that run below standard line pressures. Thread here is NPT; PT and G are order options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure targets and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single number is quoted here. Send us your required flow and working pressures and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: accumulated condensate is released by operating the drain by hand, on a schedule you set. Automatic and differential-pressure drains are available as order options in this family if you would rather not rely on manual draining.
