The AirTAC GFR400C10MLF2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10MLF2T is a GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration carries 3/8 in NPT ports, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a mounting bracket; no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family comes in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port, thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order), drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration and gauge scale. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to low-pressure clamping fixtures on an assembly line, where the manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated water from the bowl at shift start.
Conditioning supply air for paint-spray or atomizing valves that need clean, moisture-free air held at a gentle low pressure rather than full line pressure.
Point-of-use filtration and regulation for low-pressure cylinders and guide elements on packaging conveyors, with the square psi gauge giving operators a local pressure readout.
Size 400 with 3/8 in ports sits in the middle of the GFR range; step up or down a size when your flow demand changes, since port size tracks the flow curve rather than a single rating. This unit is the low-pressure type (code L); AirTAC does not publish an exact adjustment range for it, so confirm the set pressure you need with us before ordering. Drain is manual (code M) - the automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) versions suit unattended installations. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify 5 um (code W) where finer cleaning is needed. The embedded square gauge reads psi; external round gauges and MPa or bar scales are options. Thread is NPT here, with PT as the standard and G available to order, and the mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR400 flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures on request before you order.
This unit carries the M code: condensate collects in the bowl and is released by opening the drain during routine checks. If you prefer hands-off water removal, the same GFR400 body is available with automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain - ask us to quote that variant.
