The AirTAC GFR400C10MLF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10MLF3WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 400 unit is threaded 3/8 in NPT and carries a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, and a low-pressure regulator type with an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. A mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with a different drain type, filter grade, gauge scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT as options) and bracket choice. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fixture-clamping circuits that hold at low set pressures suit the low-pressure regulator type here: the operator sets a gentle clamping force and reads it directly on the square bar gauge, while the 5 um element keeps downstream valve spools clean.
Stopper and gating cylinders along a packaging conveyor run from a filtered, regulated branch line; this 3/8 in NPT unit feeds that branch, and the manual drain suits lines that are blown down at the end of each shift.
Bench rigs that pressurise test articles at low pressures get clean, regulated air from this filter regulator, with the embedded square bar gauge giving a direct reading at the bench and the bracket allowing tidy panel mounting.
Choose the size and port step (200 to 600, 1/8 to 1 in) against the flow your line needs - we can check the catalogue flow curves with you, since AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow figure. This unit is already configured with a 5 um element instead of the standard 40 um, a manual drain instead of automatic or differential-pressure, a square gauge scaled in bar, a low-pressure regulator type, and NPT threads (PT is the AirTAC standard; G and NPT are order options). The exact regulation range of the low-pressure type is not published; send us your set pressure and we will verify suitability from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR400 flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this size 400, 3/8 in NPT unit suits your application.
Manual drain means an operator opens the drain at the bottom of the polycarbonate bowl to discharge collected water. Other GFR400 codes cover automatic and differential-pressure draining, as well as 40 um filtration, other gauge scales, G or PT threads and bracket variants - tell us what you need and we will match the code.
