The AirTAC GFR400C10MLJC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 Low-Press is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10MLJC2K is a size-400 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration carries PT3/8 ports (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options), a manual drain on the metal bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, and a low-pressure regulator fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi. A reverse/check valve is built in, and this version is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), with an operating temperature range of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR400 series. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, thread option and bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air feeding grippers and small cylinders on a packaging or bottling line, where a manual-drain bowl and a psi-scaled gauge let operators set and read a low working pressure at the drop.
Supplying clean, regulated air to process valves and dampers that are specified for low operating pressures, with the built-in check valve holding the set circuit against backflow.
A filtered, regulated take-off point on a maintenance-shop air ring main, where the manual drain suits a bench that is bled down at the end of each shift.
Choose the size and port step (200/300/400/600 with 1/8 in to 1 in ports) against the air demand of the circuit; size 400 with PT3/8 suits mid-range supply lines. Drain type is a real choice: manual (this unit, code M) requires periodic draining, while automatic and differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer protection. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added if panel or wall mounting is needed. Note that this is the low-pressure (L) regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so ask us to confirm it. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code GFR400C10MLJC2K specifies a manual drain, so condensate in the bowl must be drained periodically by hand. If the installation runs unattended, the same series is available with an automatic drain (code A) or a differential-pressure drain (blank) instead - ask us to quote the variant you need.
