The AirTAC GFR400C10MLJF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10MLJF2K is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This configuration is the 400 size with PT3/8 ports (PT thread standard; G and NPT are order options), a metal bowl with manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. No mounting bracket is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series covers the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, G or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding the cylinder circuit of a light-duty assembly press: the filter stage strips water and swarf from the shop-air drop while the low-pressure regulator holds the reduced setting the press was set up for, and the check valve keeps downstream pressure from backing up through the unit.
Conditioning the supply to the gripper and transfer cylinders of a pick-and-place robot cell: clean, moisture-reduced air at a steady reduced pressure, with the 3/8 in PT connection suiting a main machine drop and the manual drain bled during scheduled changeover.
Supplying the diverters, stoppers and gate cylinders on a packaging conveyor line: the 40 um element protects directional valves from particulate, the regulator holds the line pressure the actuators were set up with, and the psi-scaled square gauge gives operators a local reading.
Match the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) to the air your circuit needs; this 400-size unit gives you PT3/8 ports. Choose the drain: manual (as here) is bled by an operator, automatic drains condensate on its own, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. The 40 um element is standard; specify code W for the 5 um grade when finer filtration matters. An embedded square gauge is standard with MPa, psi or bar scales, and an external round gauge is optional. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
This model carries code M, a manual drain: the bowl is bled by an operator at intervals. If you would rather not rely on that, the same GFR400 size can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the default, alongside the other options such as the 5 um element, gauge scale and G or NPT threads.
