The AirTAC GFR400C10MLJF2WK AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator PT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10MLJF2WK is a GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built on the 400 size with PT3/8 ports (PT thread as standard; G and NPT are order options), a 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), a manual drain, and the low-pressure regulator type. It carries an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve (code K), and no mounting bracket (code J). The 400-size bowl is polycarbonate. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of port, drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional with code W), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread. The low-pressure regulator in this unit carries an adjusted range that is not published as a single figure, and flow for the series is published only as curves, so ask us to confirm datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for the directional valves and pneumatic actuators on a machining centre, with the 5 um element helping protect downstream components from particulate carryover.
Regulated supply to the cylinders and grippers on a packaging or palletising conveyor, with the fitted check valve blocking reverse flow in the circuit between cycles.
Low-pressure regulated air for a test rig or lab automation station where regulation points below the standard range are needed and clean, moisture-controlled supply matters.
Choose the size by port and flow: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and capacity, and the 400 size here takes a 3/8 in PT port. Drain is a real decision: manual (this unit, code M) needs periodic hand draining of the bowl, automatic drains on its own, and the differential-pressure default drains with flow. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W, which this unit carries. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) and this configuration uses the embedded square gauge reading in psi. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and code J omits the mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so have us confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no one number is quoted here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
Condensate collected in the bowl must be drained by hand at intervals, unlike the automatic-drain or differential-pressure-drain options in the same series. If the unit is installed somewhere hard to reach, ask us about the automatic-drain variant of the GFR400.
