The AirTAC GFR400C10MLJF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10MLJF3T is an AirTAC GFR series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 400 configuration is ordered with a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element and a metal bowl. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and the unit includes the embedded square gauge scaled in bar; a reverse/check valve is not fitted and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and an optional external round gauge. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeding the directional valve stack of a cartoning or wrapping line, where a single-body filter regulator keeps the supply to the valves cleaned of water and particulate and set to the circuit's working pressure.
Air supply to the cylinders and actuators on looms and knitting machines that run at reduced regulated pressure, with the low-pressure regulator type specified for circuits set below full line pressure.
Regulated supply to the gate, divert and stop cylinders that meter containers along a filling line, with the 40 um element and manual-drain metal bowl suiting a section that is drained by hand at shift end.
Size and port step up together across the GFR family: 200 through 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand - we can check the curve against your application before you order. Drain type is a real choice: this unit has a manual drain, while automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the family. Filter grade is the 40 um standard here, with 5 um (code W) optional. The gauge is the embedded square type scaled in bar; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. No mounting bracket is included with this code; brackets are optional in the family. The regulator is the low-pressure type - its exact adjustment range is not published here, so confirm it with us on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
M specifies a manual drain: the metal bowl is drained by hand rather than automatically, and automatic or differential-pressure drains are available elsewhere in the family. L specifies the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us on request before ordering.
