The AirTAC GFR400C10MLNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10MLNT is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point, in a single body. This size 400 unit has a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual drain on the 40 um filter bowl, and the low-pressure regulator type (L code). No gauge is fitted and no check valve is included; a mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um filter option (W code), gauge and thread options, and standard or low-pressure regulator types. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds cleaned, pressure-set air to capping and sealing heads on a bottling line where the actuators run at low pressure and the set point must hold steady through each shift.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to diverter and stopper gates on a conveyor line, with the manual drain suited to a station visited during routine housekeeping rounds.
Conditions shop air for gripper circuits that run below standard line pressure, filtering water and particulate and holding a gentle, repeatable set point for delicate parts.
Step through the sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow your line needs; this unit is size 400 with a 3/8 in NPT port. The M code means the bowl is drained by hand on a routine - choose automatic or differential-pressure drain if no one will visit the unit. The 40 um element is standard; order the W suffix for 5 um filtration. The L code makes this the low-pressure regulator type, and its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us. The T suffix orders NPT thread; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also a catalogue option. No gauge is fitted (N code) and a bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your supply pressure and air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet on request.
The M in the code means the bowl is drained by hand on a routine. If nobody will visit the unit, the same size is available with automatic or differential-pressure drain. Note that the published regulator adjustment range is split by drain type, so tell us which drain you need and we will confirm the figures.
