The AirTAC GFR600-25 AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in PT, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 1 in PT port, the 5 um (code W) filter element instead of the 40 um standard, a differential-pressure drain, and an external round gauge with a psi scale. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and no mounting bracket is included. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 1 in plant air drop feeding a production hall, the unit cleans water and scale out of the compressed air main and holds a steady regulated pressure to the hall's distribution headers.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold bank on a packaging and palletising conveyor line, it delivers filtered, regulated air so cylinders and actuators on the line see consistent supply pressure shift after shift.
Fitted at the inlet of a pneumatic control panel serving process valves and instrument air take-offs, it protects the panel's components from water and particulate while letting technicians set the panel pressure on the psi gauge.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port sizes (1/8 in to 1 in) according to the flow your line needs - the larger the size, the larger the port and the greater the flow capacity. Choose the drain to suit attendance: differential-pressure (this unit, drains as pressure drop builds), automatic for unattended draining, or manual where an operator drains on a schedule. Pick the 40 um standard element for general protection or the 5 um element (this unit) for finer downstream air. Select the gauge style and scale (embedded square or external round; MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), and whether a bracket is required.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet figures and correct sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number here. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures and check the sizing for you before you order.
The W in the code GFR600C25JC2W selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, giving finer filtration for sensitive downstream equipment. The blank drain position selects the differential-pressure drain, which discharges collected water automatically as the pressure drop across the element builds; automatic and manual drains are available on other codes in the series.
