The AirTAC GFR600C25AC2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25AC2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, combined in a single body. This size 600 unit has a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain that expels condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without manual attention, a round gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. The regulating range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and offers manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating supply air to carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging line, with the 5 um element helping protect directional valves from particulate and the automatic drain handling condensate in humid plant air.
Holding a set clamp pressure on fixture cylinders in a machining cell, with the fitted check valve and round psi gauge letting the setter dial in and monitor the clamping circuit at the wall drop.
Feeding filtered, regulated pilot air to solenoid-valve banks on a process or water-treatment skid, where the automatic drain keeps the aluminium alloy bowl clear without daily attention.
Size 600 with a 1 in NPT port is the largest step in the GFR range; step between 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the flow your line needs, and let us confirm the flow curve against your demand before you order. The automatic drain (code A) suits unattended duty; manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) drains are available in the same series. The 5 um element (W) gives finer filtration than the 40 um standard. The round gauge here reads in psi; the embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is the standard alternative. Thread is NPT on this unit; G(BSPP) and PT are order options. A mounting bracket is included, and the K code adds a reverse (check) valve.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your port size, working pressure and air consumption, and we will confirm sizing and the relevant datasheet figures on request.
The A code specifies an automatic drain: condensate collected in the bowl is expelled without manual intervention, which suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations. Manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) drain versions are available in the same GFR series if you prefer a different arrangement.
