The AirTAC GFR600C25AF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25AF1WTK is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 600 unit carries a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the fine grade; 40 um is the standard option), an automatic drain that purges collected condensate without manual attention, an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in MPa, a fitted reverse/check valve, and an included mounting bracket. The aluminium alloy bowl is standard at this size, and the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) over an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is configurable by drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um or 5 um), gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), bracket, and reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop to a paint spray booth, the unit removes water and fine particulate from the shop air and holds a steady regulated pressure to the spray guns, with the automatic drain handling condensate between shifts.
Mounted at the feed to a cartoning or case-packing conveyor's pneumatic cylinders, it filters the plant air to 5 um and regulates the pressure that positions the sealing and folding actuators.
Fitted at the inlet of a pneumatic press or clamping fixture panel, it conditions the incoming air and sets the working pressure for the forming or clamping cycle, with the check valve holding the set circuit downstream.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT port, the largest step in the range, so match it against the pipe size and air demand of the line it will feed - flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so have us confirm the fit before ordering. Drain choice matters: automatic drain (this unit) suits installations that are not checked daily; manual drain suits attended stations; differential-pressure drain is the default. Filter grade is 5 um here (code W) against the 40 um standard - choose 5 um where downstream valves and instruments need finer air. The embedded square gauge is scaled in MPa; psi and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the standard and G is also available to order. A mounting bracket is included, and the reverse/check valve is fitted. All selections are confirmed against the datasheet on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code gives an automatic drain, which purges collected condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without anyone opening it - useful for units mounted high or on lines that run unattended. Manual drain (code M) suits attended stations, and differential-pressure drain is the catalogue default. The regulator adjustment range differs by drain type: 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) for automatic and differential-pressure drains, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) for manual.
