The AirTAC GFR600C25AF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25AF2GK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 unit is threaded G1 (1 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and has an automatic drain that bleeds condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without daily attention. The embedded square gauge reads in psi, and the fitted reverse (check) valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply dips. The regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), MPa or bar gauge scales, G or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket - this unit includes its mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for pneumatic screwdrivers and clamp cylinders on a car trim assembly line, with the check valve holding circuit pressure through brief supply dips and the automatic drain suiting a header drop that is not visited every shift.
Supplying cylinder-driven flap-folders and tape heads on a packaging conveyor. The 40 um element keeps packing-line debris out of valve spools, and the psi square gauge lets line staff set and verify actuator pressure at a glance.
Regulated air to pneumatic butterfly-valve actuators and positioners on a treatment-plant skid. The check valve holds the actuator circuit if the compressor side drops, and the automatic drain copes with condensate in an outdoor, intermittently attended enclosure.
Start with the port: size 600 with a G1 (1 in) thread sits at the top of the GFR range, for lines fed by 1 in main air. Then pick the drain - automatic (this unit) for positions that are not checked daily, manual for supervised stations, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where finer particulate control is needed. Gauge scale can be psi (this unit), MPa or bar, with an external round gauge available as an option. Thread is PT as the AirTAC standard, with G and NPT as order options, and the bracket is included here (code J deletes it).
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm against the datasheet that the GFR600 at G1 suits your line before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet whether the size 600 unit at G1 (1 in) suits your application before you order.
A is the drain: this bowl discharges condensate automatically, which suits positions that are not checked daily; manual and differential-pressure drains are order options on the same series. The trailing K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. Both are built into this unit as supplied.
