The AirTAC GFR600C25AF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25AF3WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a set downstream pressure, with no lubricator in this family. This configuration is the largest GFR size (600) with a 1 in NPT port, 5 um filtration (code W, versus the 40 um standard element), an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual attention, an embedded square gauge with a bar scale, and the standard regulator type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 1 in main drop feeding a bottling or carton-packing line, it cleans the plant air of water and scale and holds a stable regulated pressure to the line's control valves, with automatic drain keeping condensate off the floor.
Mounted ahead of a conveyor system's pneumatic drives and stopper clamps, it filters fine particles out of the supply and regulates the circuit pressure so clamping force and indexing stay repeatable through the shift.
Fitted on the supply to a CNC machining centre's pneumatic panel, the 5 um element protects solenoid valves and air bearings from water and particulate while the regulator holds the pressure the machine's builder specifies.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port sizes (1/8 in to 1 in) to match the air demand of the line; the 600 size with its 1 in port is the high-flow end of the series. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (this model) for unattended condensate discharge, manual where you want controlled draining, or the differential-pressure default. Choose 40 um for general protection or 5 um (this model, code W) where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar; this unit is bar) and the embedded square gauge is standard with an external round gauge optional. Thread is NPT here, with PT as the standard and G also available to order; a mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not state a flow figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing data from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W code in GFR600C25AF3WT selects the optional 5 um filtration element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream equipment. The A code selects the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate by itself instead of the differential-pressure default, useful where the unit is not checked daily. Both choices are decodable from the model code.
