The AirTAC GFR600C25AJC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is built on the size 600 frame with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain, a round pressure gauge scaled in bar, and a built-in check valve that holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. The bowl on the size 600 frame is aluminium alloy, and this unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, a reverse/check valve, and bracket choice. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and regulating shop air feeding the pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders of a CNC machining cell, with the 5 um element shielding downstream valves from fine particulate.
Supplying regulated air to the pick-and-place cylinders and stopper gates along a packaging conveyor line, where the automatic drain clears collected condensate between shifts.
Regulating supply air to pneumatic positioners and actuated ball valves on a process skid, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the plant air header drops.
Size and port set the flow path: this is the largest GFR frame (600) with a 1 in NPT port, so step down to size 200, 300 or 400 with a smaller port if your line moves less air. Drain choice matters: automatic (this unit) clears condensate without attention, manual suits attended installations, and differential-pressure is the family default. Filtration is 5 um here (code W) against the 40 um standard - pick 5 um where finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders is wanted. The round gauge on this unit is scaled in bar; square (embedded) gauges and MPa or psi scales are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this code; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. Bracket choice is decodable too - this unit comes without one.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Ask us to confirm sizing against your application from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number for this unit. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures on request before you order.
Code A in this model specifies an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate without operator attention. The GFR family also offers a manual drain and a differential-pressure drain as the default; the right choice depends on how often the installation is attended.
