The AirTAC GFR600C25ALF2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1, 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25ALF2WK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size-600 unit carries a PT1 (1 in) port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, and a 5 um filter element for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade. The regulator is the low-pressure type and is fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi; a reverse/check valve is also fitted and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale options and G or NPT thread variants; at size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a 1 in main air drop to a stamping or forming press whose clamping and ejector cylinders run at a low regulated setpoint, with condensate drained automatically from the aluminium bowl instead of relying on manual draining rounds.
Conditioning and regulating the air feeding case-erector and carton-sealing cylinders on a high-volume packaging conveyor, where the 5 um element protects directional valves from water and fine particulate carryover.
Supplying a wide air-jet or blow-off manifold used for web cleaning or chip clearing, where the process needs a lower regulated pressure than a standard unit is set up for and the check valve holds the downstream circuit on air loss.
Size and port step up together across the GFR range (200 to 600), and this unit sits at the top of the range on a 1 in PT thread; G or NPT threads are order options. Choose the drain to suit your service: differential-pressure (the series default), automatic as fitted here, or manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code, as on this model. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries the embedded square gauge in psi, and an external round gauge is optional. Because rated flow is published only as curves, not as a single number, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, regulated setpoint and expected air demand, and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this size-600 unit at a 1 in port suits your application.
The A code on this unit means condensate collected in the 600-size aluminium bowl is discharged automatically, with no manual draining rounds to schedule. Manual and differential-pressure drain versions are available in the same series if your maintenance routine prefers them.
