The AirTAC GFR600C25ALJC2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25ALJC2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This size-600 unit carries a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain and the low-pressure regulator type. The metal bowl is aluminium alloy at size 600, an external round psi gauge is fitted, and a reverse/check valve is included; no mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, configurable by drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning ahead of pneumatic actuators on a bottling or filling line, where the 1 in NPT port suits a main header feed and the automatic drain handles condensate discharge without manual attention between shifts.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to clamp and fixture circuits on a machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting downstream valves and cylinders and the low-pressure type matching circuits run at reduced setpoints.
Conditioning the air feeding diverters, stops and gate cylinders along a packaging conveyor, with the round psi gauge giving operators a local pressure readout and the reverse/check valve holding the circuit if supply dips.
Size and port step up together: 200 through 600, with this unit at the top of the range on a 1 in NPT thread. Choose the drain to match your maintenance access: differential-pressure (the default), automatic, as fitted here, or manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W, as on this unit. Gauges are offered as the embedded square type or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales; this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be specified where this no-bracket variant does not suit the panel. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow requirement and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow requirement and port arrangement and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit is the low-pressure variant of the GFR600, selected where the circuit runs at reduced setpoints rather than across the full standard range. The exact adjustment range for this variant is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it from the datasheet on request before you order.
