The AirTAC GFR600C25ALJF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1 in Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25ALJF2 is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 1 in. PT port, an automatic drain that bleeds collected condensate from the bowl without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and a low-pressure regulator type fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and this unit is ordered without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in. to 1 in., drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um optional element, gauge and scale options, and G or NPT thread variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing or any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeder and blank-side mechanisms on a glass plant IS machine run on modest set pressures; a low-pressure filter regulator at the 1 in. header take-off conditions the supply and holds the circuit steady.
Air knives blowing rinse water off PET bottles on a filling line run at low set pressure; this unit filters the supply, regulates it down, and the automatic drain handles condensate at the far end of the header.
Pneumatic loading cylinders on a converting line's unwind stand need a gentle, stable low pressure; a low-pressure filter regulator ahead of the station keeps the web tension circuit clean and settled.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs; this is the largest size with a 1 in. PT port. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (as here) where the unit is hard to reach, manual where you want positive control, or the differential-pressure default. The 40 um element is standard; specify the W code if the application needs 5 um. The embedded square gauge is standard and this one is scaled in psi; an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar is available, as are G (BSPP) and NPT threads and a mounting bracket.
This is the low-pressure regulator type, intended where set pressures sit below the standard range; the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in the sheet we work from, so confirm it with us. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to check the curve against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curve on request before you order.
The L code in the model marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for set pressures below the standard type's range. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in the sheet we work from, so confirm the range with us against your set point. The unit also carries an automatic drain, a 40 um element, a square psi gauge and a 1 in. PT port.
