The AirTAC GFR600C25ALJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C25ALJF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is built around a 1 in NPT port, the 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain on the bowl, and the low-pressure regulator type (code L). The square pressure gauge is fitted and scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve is fitted, and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar), G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Regulating filtered air to the clamp cylinders on a machining fixture where the actuator must run well below normal line pressure; the low-pressure regulator type and the fitted check valve suit circuits that must not backflow if the supply dips.
Supplying filtered, regulated low-pressure air to blow-off nozzles that clear dust and chips from parts travelling on a conveyor line, with the 5 um element protecting the nozzles from particulate.
Feeding clean, regulated low-pressure pilot air to directional control valves on a packaging or process line, with the automatic drain clearing condensate from the 1 in supply drop.
Size and port: the 600 body with a 1 in NPT port is the largest step in the GFR range; step down to 200, 300 or 400 when the line flow is smaller, and match the port to your piping (PT is the standard thread, while G/BSPP and NPT are order options - this unit is already NPT). Drain: code A fits the automatic drain, which discharges condensate without attention; manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) drains are available on other codes. Filter grade: this unit carries the 5 um element (W); the 40 um standard element suits coarser protection. Gauge: the fitted square gauge reads in bar, with MPa and psi scales offered on other codes. Bracket: code J means no bracket is supplied. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR600 flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and required flow and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet on request.
Code A fits the automatic drain, which discharges accumulated condensate from the bowl without attention. Manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) drains are available on other GFR600 codes if you prefer a different arrangement.
