The AirTAC GFR600C25ANT AirTAC 600 Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25ANT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit has a 1 in NPT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual intervention, and the standard 40 um filter element. The bowl at this size is aluminium alloy, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. No gauge is fitted on this variant, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be specified with manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), an embedded square or external round gauge, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the compressed air feeding spray guns and air tools on a paint line, where water and dirt carried in the supply ruin finish quality.
Supplying steady regulated pressure to the pneumatic cylinders that press and seal cartons on a packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain handling condensate through long shifts.
Feeding clean, regulated air to the pneumatic valve manifold that actuates fill and capping heads on a bottling line, protecting seals from water and particulate carryover.
Choose the size step (200/300/400/600) and port against the flow your line needs - the 600 size with a 1 in port is the largest supply in the range. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (this unit) for unattended condensate removal, manual where you want controlled blowdown, or differential-pressure as the catalogue default. Filter grade is 40 um standard, or 5 um with code W when finer filtration matters. A gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale can be specified at order; no gauge is fitted on this variant. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
This variant is ordered without a gauge (code N), but the regulator still adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). A square or round gauge with an MPa, psi or bar scale can be specified at order if you want a local pressure readout.
