The AirTAC GFR600C25ANTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25ANTK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 1 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, and a reverse/check valve fitted. No gauge is fitted (code N), so add a separate gauge if local pressure indication is required. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, a choice of automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), and gauge or no-gauge builds. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C2 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the head of a 1 in compressed-air distribution main in a manufacturing plant, the GFR600C25ANTK removes pipeline water and rust scale and holds a steady regulated pressure to the whole shop floor, with the automatic drain keeping condensate off the floor without daily attention.
On a carton-forming and palletising line, the unit feeds cylinders and air-operated grippers through a 1 in drop, filtering scale from old pipework and holding the set pressure stable so clamp and push sequences stay repeatable shift after shift.
On a process skid where quarter-turn pneumatic actuators open and close large valves, the filter regulator supplies clean, regulated air to the actuator supply header, and the fitted check valve holds the set pressure downstream if the supply side dips.
Size 600 with a 1 in port is the largest step in the GFR range, so start there when your line volume points to a 1 in connection and step down to 400/300/200 if the port or space demands it. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (as here) for unattended duty, manual where you want scheduled blowdown, or differential-pressure as the default. The 40 um element suits general plant air; specify the 5 um W option where finer filtration is needed. This unit ships without a gauge (code N), so plan external indication separately; gauge scale options are MPa, psi or bar. NPT thread is an order option alongside the PT standard and G (BSPP); a mounting bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not a single rated figure, so we cannot quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures against your requirement before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and line conditions and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet and check the sizing against your requirement before you order.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted; you can order a gauge variant or add external indication, with MPa, psi or bar scales available. The A means an automatic drain: the bowl expels collected condensate on its own, so you do not need to blow down the bowl manually as you would with the M (manual) or default differential-pressure drain options.
