The AirTAC GFR600C25C1T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C25C1T is a 600-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a 1 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, and an external round pressure gauge with an MPa scale. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um filter element (code W), automatic or manual drain, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, a reverse/check valve, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on a 1 in compressed-air header feeding a production hall, it removes pipeline water and rust and holds a set regulator pressure for every machine tapped off the line.
Mounted ahead of a cartoning or wrapping machine's valve manifold, it delivers clean, regulated air to cylinders and grippers so cycle pressure stays constant through the shift.
Fitted at the drop from a main line to a conveyor system's pneumatic clamps and pushers, it protects the actuators from condensate and keeps their operating pressure stable.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT port, the largest in the GFR range, so match it to a main air supply line rather than a branch. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure drain (this unit) needs no attention at normal duty, automatic drain empties the bowl continuously, and manual drain suits installations visited regularly. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general actuation; specify the 5 um W option only where finer pre-filtration is required. Gauge scale is selectable as MPa, psi or bar, and threads can be ordered as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. A bracket is included for panel or wall mounting.
Sizing against your application: flow for the GFR series is published as pressure-drop curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow here. Send us your line pressure, required downstream pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm from the AirTAC datasheet that this 600-size unit is the right step before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as pressure-drop curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit has the differential-pressure drain, which discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises, with no operator action needed. If your installation is visited regularly you could instead order a manual-drain version, or an automatic-drain version for continuous bowl emptying; the regulation range differs by drain type (0.15-0.9 MPa for differential-pressure and automatic drain, 0.05-0.9 MPa for manual drain).
